Sea Lion Marine Consultancy is a Technical Marine Consultancy and Surveying company  conveniently based in the world's  largest marine hub, Shanghai, China.   

We provide worldwide project and on-site management of new-building and repair projects such as dry-docking supervision, retrofit projects for ballast water treatment installations, exhaust gas scrubber installations as well as general marine consultancy work on behalf of Owners, Protection and Indemnity Clubs, Charterers, Underwriters and Marine Lawyers, including the preparation of cases for arbitration and giving evidence as an expert witness in various arbitrations in London and Hong Kong. 

The content of this website is being altered on a fairly regular basis, but at present the site, whilst basic, serves to provide clients and colleagues with as much information about the company as possible.
